4 Month Check Up with Dr Loventhal

Ryland had his 4 month check up with Dr Loventhal on Friday April 16th. I cannot believe that it has been 4 months since his arrival on December 16th.

4 month stats:
13lbs 11 oz
24 inches

He is around the 20th percentile for both weight and height. Good news is that he is consistant between the two but we are going to see if we can squeeze in another feeding each day to start bumping up his weight.

Everything looked great except that we found out that he has an ear infection that we had no idea about! He has had some congestion over the past couple of days and has been waking up at 4am every night for the past week which now we know is a sign of an ear infection. So we started him on some antibiotics (the yummy pink kind) and hopefully it will be cleared up before we go back for our follow up appt in 2 weeks.

Right after he got his 4 shots. He did so good and only cried for a few seconds. I think it was harder on Tab than it was for Ryland ...
